Re: [TRNSYS-users] pcm with finite difference method

Mavi,
You might try looking at the PCM wall component that is available in the TRNLib (online collection of user-written and donated components).

http://sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys/trnlib/library16.htm

That particular component is for a PCM wall in a building. Some years ago, one of my colleagues wrote a PCM / PV component - a PCM layer bonded to the back of a photovoltaic panel. There are also some phase change storage tank models (ice for the most part) in the TRNLib.
Best,
 David

Hi!! I´m working about pcm (phase change material) and I´m trying to simulate its behavior using finite differences... Anyone has an idea and can help me??

Thankssssss
