Re: [TRNSYS-users] ON OFF heat pump

Ludivine,
I'd recommend that you define an equation in your input file that has a value of 1 if the hour of the year (built-in variable "TIME") is less than (for example) 2500 or greater than 4500 and zero otherwise. You can use the BOOLEAN functions GT() and LT() to accomplish this. The result of the equation should be multiplied by the control signal of your Type2 before being sent to the heat pumps. You could also use Type515 (Heating and Cooling Season Scheduler) if you have access to the TESS Applications library.
Kind Regards,
 David

hello,
I installed a heat pump in my simulation, it works with a floor heating at the ground floor.
How can I make so that it does not function in summer?
For the moment considering the inertia of my floor, it turns all the year because I knew to put only one regulation on the fact that it arrète to turn itself when the interior temperature is higher than 22°C (that thanks to a system of the 2b type)
What would I like to know it is if it is possible to spend the same omment kind of system but this time to say to him that it cannot déclancher if one is between on June 1 and on August 31?
One also spoke to me to put a computer to make him do it OFF ONE, but I really do not see how!!!!
Could you say to me how I must make?
In advance thank you
Ludivine
