Re: [TRNSYS-users] TESS _ type 515 - season scheduler

Feargal,
The description of that Type can be found in the ..\Trnsys16_1\Tess Models\Documentation\Applications Library\ directory. Essentially it has two outputs, one for "heating allowed" and one for "cooling allowed." To set up the component, click on the plugin icon at the bottom left of the proforma (see other threads if you have trouble doing this). The component outputs a "1" for the "heating allowed" output if the simulation time is within the defined heating season. Likewise, it outputs a "1" for the "cooling allowed" output if the simulation is within the defined cooling season. The outputs can be used as multipliers on other control signals to equipment that should be switched off during part of the year.
Kind regards,
David

Hello

How is the type 515 implemented into TRNSYS. What do you input to it and
output from it?

Thanks and regards,

Feargal Murray
