 Yes, the Type will be called one last time with INFO(13)>0 even if there wasn't convergence during the time step. That step should really be called "end of time step" instead of "post convergence"

code, there is a statement "If (INFO(13)>0) Then...".  If convergence fails in
a particular timestep, will INFO(13) still be greater than zero?  If not, how
can I save the parameter values in this case?  Please advise.  Thank you!
