Rahma, The TRNSYS result (*.lst and *.log) files should show you more information on the cause of the error. However, if I had to guess about it, I would first check and make sure that the mass flow rate that goes to your active layer (as an input to Type56) is always either 0 or about 10% above the 750 kg/h that TRNBuild calculates as the required minimum value. The additional 10% is a bit of a mystery to me. I have run across it quite a few times and I think it might have something to do with issues of the density of the active layer liquid changing with temperature. If keeping the flow rate higher does not work then in your active layer specification, try setting the "minimum desired inlet mass flow rate" to 10 (the default) instead of 5 and again make sure that whenever there is flow going to though the floor, it is above 1500 kg/h.
