Re: [TRNSYS-users] Hot water fired absorption chiller
Meriem,
Standard Type107 uses a catalog data approach so the working fluid
(ammonia/water or water/LiBr) doesn't really matter. What you need to do
is find the performance data from the machine that you want to use and
then generate the data files that are read by the Type. If you know what
machine it is that you want to use and are having a hard time finding
data, let us know - we may have appropriate data files already made.
Cheers,
David

Hi everybody,
I want to model a process using a hot
water fired absorption chiller (simple or double effect) the problem is I
want to do an approach to an absorption chiller working with
ammonia-water not water/LiBr, so which is the adequate type to use?
Thanks in advance.
