I use a c++-program that manipulates the values in the .dck file, starts
TRNExe.exe, and reads the results from the output files that were
generated during the run. If you use the option "/h" for TRNExe.exe, then
the program runs in the background and y
ou can work "normally" (depending on your CPU, I guess) on the computer.
Hope that helped, Dieter Gottwald

Betreff: [TRNSYS-users] Parametric Run
Dear TRNSYS users,
i'm a student and i'm using Trnsys to simulate a parametric run. I know
that i can create a table in TRNEdit and then run it, but the idea is to
create a matrix of values with an external program and then write it in
the file .TBL that will be read from TRNEdit to make the parametric run.
How can i write this input in that file? The file is written in a code
that i can identify (open the file .TBL with Notepad).
Thanks!
Luca Brodolini
