The problem is that when I run the simulation I still get heat transfer output from the cooling coil even when the fan and pump are not running, and in some periods even when the air temperature is lower than the fluid temperature. I have tried to fix this problem but with no results.
99% of the time when users say that they get heat transfer when there is no flow, there actually is flow and they aren't controlling the system like they think they are. Did you use an online plotter and watch the flows and heat transfer or use the TRACE command to see that what the cooling coil model is actually getting as inputs? I'd start there. After that, if you still think there's a problem then send it to your distributor, and they can have a look.
