Hamza,

 The TESS Libraries are a commercial product. They are licensed specifically to the purchaser. Giving them to someone else or receiving them from someone who is not a distributor is software piracy and a violation of the TRNSYS license agreement. Doing so will result in the deactivation of both parties' Trnsys licenses.
