You can use DesignBuilder software which has VRF system for simulation. You can refer to this paper as well for more clarity on this:

  I am not aware of a publicly available VRF model for Trnsys. We have such a model in house that one of my colleagues developed earlier this year and we have a project coming up in which we hope to use and test the model. Unfortunately ours is not tested enough to be released publicly yet.
