I'm having trouble with Type 143 Water to Air Heat Pump performance
and correction data. The cooling and heating performance datamust be
provided to the software for a specific entering air condition. What
are these conditions (air temperature and RH)?

The cooling performance data should be entered at a dry bulb of 26.67 C and a wet bulb of 19.44. These can be found in the cooling correction data file - at the point that corresponds to a multiplier of exactly 1.0 for the multiplier values:

1.00 1.00 1.00 !Multipliers for Total Capacity, Sensible Capacity and Power at 26.67/19.44

In a similar way, you can see that the heating performance should be entered at an air temperature of 21.11 C

1.00 1.00 ! Multipliers for Heating Capacity and Power at 21.11
