Re: [TRNSYS-users] Linkage of soil properties with the Buried heat exchanger

Dear Soheil,

Zone names should not include spaces. If you rename your zone (zone 1) with no spaces (zone1, zone_1,..) the import should work, if there are no other issues with the file.

Best regards,
Christina

Betreff: Re: [TRNSYS-users] Linkage of soil properties with the Buried heat exchanger

Hello all,

I designed the attached .idf file with sketchup 2019 and TRNSYS3D (it is just 1 zone). While I try to define a multizone project in TRNSYS, it keeps saying "At least 2 surfaces are required per zone.". I only have 1 zone and As you can see there are many surfaces in it.
Could you please help me with understanding what the problem is?
Thanks in advance.
PS. I just found this solution for a similar problem but it did not help.

Kind regards,

Soheil
