Re: [TRNSYS-users] Storage Tank for Molten Salt

Arash,

There is a model that might work for you in the TESS High Temperature Solar library. Type1261 will ask you to specify polynomials that describe how the working fluid's density, enthalpy, and internal energy change with temperature. The tank is assumed not to be stratified and has simple inlets and outlets (no immersed heat exchangers)

kind regards,

 David

Dear all,

I wonder which component of TRNSYS is the right candidate for modeling Molten Salt Storage Tank having auxiliary heater for solar power plants.

Best Regards,

Arash
