Hello, your problem is most probably occuring because of mass instability. If there is any pump around the fan coil or the 647 type, check the mass equilibrium and either remove it or fix the max flow parameter of the pump. (My suggestion, remove it and re-run the program)

I'm using type 647 (diverting valve) to provide the inlet liquid flow for type 928 (fan coils used to heat  a building). I receive the warning: "A duplicate of type 647 was found in TESS_Hydronics_v.17.2.0164.dll". 

I receive a similar message for type 682 which is also included in my project.  I get this warnings only when I apply a control signal for the operation of the ventilation fan of type 928.
