Hi David,
       Sorry to send this reminder, but it has been really a long time since I reported the problems. I guess there maybe something blocking the communication between us.

 I am glad that you emailed me! I had not received the files from you. Sometimes emails with attachments get blocked and neither we nor the sender get any notification. Could you please send the email again, this time to:

  I am sorry for the error. Normally the license files are set up not to expire. Could you please send me the user17.id file and the trnsys.ini files that are located in the .\Trnsys17\ directory?
