I am not sure if you found the solution or not. This is for anyone facing the question. You just exactly wrote this line in Matlab if your exe and dck are in C drive as ;
!"C:\...\TRNSYS18\Exe\
TrnEXE64
.exe" "C:\...\NAME.dck" /n
or
!"C:\...\TRNSYS18\Exe\
TrnEXE64
.exe" "C:\...\NAME.dck" /h
