Hoofar,
The parameters, inputs, and outputs would need to be specified in the proforma in the exact order in which they are required by the model. Which version of TRNSYS are you using as there are proformas available for Type 533 that don’t use the plug-in. Are you using an immersed heat exchanger?
As for things like the ports, you use a cycle inside the proforma. Examples can be found in many different proformas and this feature is described in the documentation. Jeff - TESS On Aug 21, 2020, at 10:19 AM, Hemmatabady, Hoofar via TRNSYS-users <trnsys-users@lists.onebuilding.org> wrote:
Dear TRNSYS users,
To omit using the plug-in of type 533 (Horizontal storage tank) for a parametric study, I need to modify its proforma.
Can it be done by simply adding the parameters that can be seen in the plug-in window as parameters in the proforma and removing the link to the external files?
In the proforma, How can the parameters that are dependent on each other be defined? (e.g. Entry node-1, exit mode-1 for port # 1 & entry
node-2, exit mode-2 for port # 2 & ..., which depend on the number of ports as another parameter)
Best regards,
Hoofar
