  Type88 and 660 are mathematically equivalent. In addition to the internal/external controls options I believe that Type660 allows you define multiple "zones" that are adjacent to one another. Yes, feeding cold air into the ventilation inputs would be a very simplified equivalency to modeling a temperature level control building.

  I would recommend using Type508 as a cooling coil model if possible and I would strongly recommend not using Type32. The others all have features that might (or might not) be useful in your particular circumstance so I'd recommend having a read through the documentation on each.
