Thread-topic: What does [15,16] represent

hi everyone,

Can anyone please tell me, what does this mean written in square bracket in TRNSYS? i think first number 15 refers to type number of trnsys that is weather file. and second shows output of that type. but i donot know how to choose that number. can anyone please answer this.
