Re: [TRNSYS-users] Boundary temperatures settings

Alexander -

For an external wall the boundary conditions are the ambient conditions input to the Type56 component.

But how is it possible to change it? I can not find any setting to change the boundary temperature.

When I edit the building and want to set the boundary temperature for the EXT WALL it is no there, in all the examples and tutorials there is this setting for boundary temperature. Please have a look at the two images I am sending. The first one is from the TRNSYS tutorial, second one is mine. There is this line missing to set the boundary temperature. How can I make it appear? What do I need to do in this case? I tried everything but I can not find a solution.

Best regards

Alexander

It's usually an input to the building model or it's set inside of the building by viewing the wall in question.

Hallo,

I created a new 3D multizone Building project. There are this settings at the beginning where you can upload the idf file and weather data. Also it is possible there to define the boundary temparature. After I worked on the Project I would like to change the boundary temperature, how can I do it afterwards after I worked on the Project. I can not find this setting. I am also sending you a picture to describe what I mean.

I hope you can help me.

Best regards
