Salma,
I'm having a little bit of a hard time following what you are trying to do. However, hopefully the following will clarify
Matlab2015b was the last Matlab release for which a 32-bit version was available.
Trnsys17 was a 32-bit application and will only communicate with the 32-bit version of Matlab. Likewise, Trnsys18 is a 64-bit application and will only communicate with a 64-bit version of Matlab. It makes sense that the Trnsys17 Matlab examples will not run if you take the 64-bit Type155.dll from Trnsys18 and put it in the Trnsys17\Exe\ directory. I suppose my confusion is as to why you would not just run in Trnsys18 with Matlab2016a if you already have Trnsys18.
kind regards,
David

Hello everyone,
My windows is windows 7 64 bit
Matlab R2016a(64 bit)
trnsys 18
- I go to C:\Trnsys18\Exe\DLLs, I find the relevant version of Matlab (2016a) and extracted and copy it to C:\Trnsys17\Exe
-I set C: \MATLAB\R2016a\bin\win64 as environment variables in the path of System Variables
But the example "Calling Matlab" still doesn't work.
