Valeria, I have not come across a steam ejector model but the device does not seem to be all that complex. I suspect that a model could be written. Could you give me a bit more information about what you are trying to model? For instance, do you also need to model the vacuum chamber? Do you just care about the conditions of the steam that would come out of the ejector?
