Re: [TRNSYS-users] TRNSYS17 - FMU for Co-simulation error

OMSimulator seems to require start values. Hence, I suggest to provide start values for all inputs. The documentation gives instructions on how to do that.

Hi,

Thanks for your prompt response.

No, I havn't changed the name of the FMU. I've already tried again to build the model keeping the same name of both the .dck and the fmu, but I'm getting the same error...

Also, the OMSimulator version I am using is the 32-bit last one.

Hi,

Did you rename the FMU after its creation? If so, this would mess up several FMI naming conventions and render the FMU unusable.

Betreff: [TRNSYS-users] TRNSYS17 - FMU for Co-simulation error

Hi all,

I need some help with a FMU model created with the TRNSYS FMU export utility. It is a very simple model but I am just trying to run it. I am able to export it correctly but then I can't import it in a co-simulation master.

In OMSimulator I am getting this error:

[fmiLogger] module FMI2XML: Start attribute is required for this causality, variability and initial combination

And in Simulink this one:

Can someone help?

Thanks!
