Sergio,

  It depends a bit on how you are calling TRNExe. If you are calling it from a command line then you can use the /h and /n optional switches to deactivate the progress bar and have TRNSYS run in the background. If you are calling the TRNExe from TRNSED or TRNEdit then there is not a way of suppressing the progress bar.
