[TRNSYS-users] Transfer Licence to a second OS dual boot

Hi,

Is there a way to transfer the trnsys 17 licence from one drive (HDD 
with windows 8.1) to another (SSD with windows10 ) on the same laptop ? 
do I have to use a second license ?
