  There isn't really enough information here to determine what the problem might be. I would recommend that you contact your distributor's tech support hotline and include a detailed description of the exact steps you are following. Do you get this error when you open a workspace? when you try to open your Type139? When you try to compile the workspace?

 If you aren't sure who to contact, please send me a direct email and I can put you in touch with the appropriate people.
