Tatiana,
I took a look at your project and found quite a few problems. I would suggest two things:
1) Take a look at the SDHW example project for some ideas on how to do this in TRNSYS.
2) Please create a schematic of the system you wish to study and send it over. We can help you get started once we have an idea as to what you want to do.
3) Don't use the Excel approach if all you want to do is read in an external file. Save the data into a text fie and use Type 9.
