  You'll need to contact your distributor for assistance in this case. If you aren't sure who to contact, please open your user17.id file with a text editor and email me the contents of the file. I can point you in the right direction. Please email the information only to me and do not copy the entire Trnsys user list.

We are using a licensed version of Trnsys 17 (Educational license version) having 10 user license. Now all the 10 licenses have been used. We are unable to track the active users among the 10 licenses. Is there any procedure for reclaiming those old unused licenses or else reclaiming back all the 10 licenses.
