Re: [TRNSYS-users] question

Henri,

I usually make a split of about 50% convective and 50% radiative for generic plug loads. I do not know specifically how a television breaks down. I'd guess it were somewhat more radiative than most appliances when it is on. You can always set the gain to be 100% radiative then do another run with it set to 100% convective and see if there are any noticeable differences in your annual results. If there aren't then the simulation is not sensitive to that particular assumption and you can not worry about spending time researching a really accurate value.

kind regards,

 David

Good evening everyone, I would like to ask, how we use "gain Type Manager"
for a 65W TV, what is its convective power and radiative power ?

Good evening everyone, I would like to ask, how we use the histogram plotter on TRNSYS,
By the way, I want to have histogram output on TRNSYS, for example the cooling energy demand.
Regards,
