Dear Achinta, you can add overhangs by creating Shading Objects. Please have a look into the Trnsys3d Tutorial – Create Shading Objects. You can find it under Sketchup -> Plugins -> Trnsys3d -> Tutorial. For your case with a simple overhang, you only need a plane surface shading object above your window.
