Re: [TRNSYS-users] Calculation Time (TRNSYS 17)

Mario,

If each of the projects that you are running from your batch has a different name then each will produce a *.lst file as it completes. The lst file is the only place where that summary information is written. It would be possible to write a new Type that would make the simulation time available as an output and then print that value to a file using one of the standard printer components. However, that Type does not exist as far as I am aware.

kind regards,

 David

Dear TRNSYS users,

The total calculation time can be found on the last line of the .lst file, but I want to know if it can be extracted and printed from an output in the Studio. This is because I am running TRNSYS 17 in batch from the CMD with the "\h" parameter.

I want to know the execution time of each simulation. Is this possible? Or I have to do it with cmd/powershell commands with the .lst files?

Thanks in advance,

Mario
