Hatem,
This error usually means that a file referenced in your project is empty. Often times what has happened is that you've run a simulation and a file that you referenced (perhaps a weather file, perhaps a schedule or a file containing the performance data for one of the components in the simulation) did not exist. Unfortunately when a file does not exist, a blank one is created. The next time you try to run the simulation, the file is found, but it is empty. The error message will give you some additional information including the name of the file that is giving the problem. Look for the file in Windows Explorer and you will probably find that it has 0kb size.
kind regards,
David
