Thank you for your help. The document you mentioned helped me going me through the whole W4-lib.dat file and I got the info I needed for Uglazing, Uframe, Uwindows.

It is a text file that contains entries that were generated by Window. There is a somewhat out of date tutorial called "Adding New Window Technologies to TRNBuild and TRNSYS " that can be downloaded from: http://sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys/downloads/tutorials_and_examples/tutex17.htm The basic concepts are the same for using Window 5 and Window 7. kind regards, David
