Alvaro, It is hard to know what might be happening. The behavior that you describe is certainly not "normal" The reason the other versions of SketchUp do not work is that you need to make sure that the Trnsys3d plugin installer matches your version of SketchUp. If you need a plugin installer for a different version of SketchUp please contact your TRNSYS distributor. I do not know if this will solve the problem but the two most important things to remember about Trnsys3d are as follows: 1. When you draw items in the plugin make certain that you have a thermal zone selected and activated. You can tell a zone is active because the color of the other zones will look faded and there will be a dotted box showing the extents of the active zone. 3. when you save, make sure that you use the plugin's "save"
tool and not SketchUp's save. kind regards, David
