Re: [TRNSYS-users] PCMs integrated in walls or similar

Dear Jacob!

Thank you for your help. I checked this type and it seems to be very useful but unfortunatelly my faculty doesn't spend money for the master thesis purpose. Maybe on the next study level.

Best regards,
Nika

Hello Nika,

You should look at Benoit Delcroix’s work on the subject of modelling walls with PCM in TRNSYS:

https://scholar.google.fr/citations?user=krcIB_cAAAAJ&hl=fr

Good luck!

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] PCMs integrated in walls or similar

Hello

I've been studying how PCM materials integrated in the walls can contribute to energy efficency of buildings. I am trying to simulate this with TRNSYS but I am missing a PCM type or modul for this.

Does anybody has an experience working with PCMs and can share type with me?

Thank you in advance

Nika Gerbec
