Jakub,
In Simulation Studio you can do what exactly you need. Once you have selected the components you would like to set as another .tpf contained into the main .tpf, a green button will appear in the right side of Studio as shown in the figure below.

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] Nesting simulation
Hi everyone,
Does anybody performed a component which contained another .tpf project? I wanted to split simulation into few parts to simplify main simulation which contains building, CHP, PV, heating system.
Heating substation in my simulation have a lot of components, and I wanted to make it as one block with input/output to connect with other parts.
I don't see anywhere in Documentation mentioned if there is a way to convert tpf into tmf file.
