Ilyas,

 If you are talking about Type56 then the thermal capacitance of the walls are already taken into account in the wall model by your definition of the wall materials. The thermal capacitance that you're being asked to specify is the thermal capacitance of everything else in the zone (furnishings, air, contents). A typical value would be about volume*1.2*5 (ie. five times the thermal capacitance of the air contained in the zone).
