you can use an equation that compares the greenhouse temperature
to a scheduled value (set by a Type14) and sets a value of 1 if
the greenhouse temperature goes out of bounds.
alternatively there is a Type584 in the TESS Utility library
(Zone temperature watcher) that is designed to do just what you
need.

Dear All
I have designed a cooling system for a greenhouse. The
temperature should be between 22 and 28 C during the day and
15 to 21 C during the night. I'm going to account number of
hours during a month, which the greenhouse temperature is out
of the range. As the standard range of temperature is
different during the day and night, how can I calculate it?
Thank you
