Ilyas,

 The thermal capacitance of a zone is the amount of energy required to raise the entire contents of the zone by a degree C. It includes everything that is not the walls of the zone. In order to compute it precisely you would need to know the specific heat and mass of every item in the zone. You then multiply the mass of each item by the item's specific heat. The total is the zone's thermal capacitance.
