[TRNSYS-users] Predefined internal gains

Hello,
I have a question about the calculation procedure of internal heat gains 
in TRNBuild:
If I choose a default computer type, e.g. "230 W PC with colour 
monitor", what heat gain will be calculated for this device and how does 
the calculation method look like?
