[TRNSYS-users] Error : generating shading/insolation matrix

Hi,

I've made a building in sketchup, everything is working fine, except the detailed mode of radiation, due to this error while generating SHD file :

*** Fatal Error at time   :         0.000000

    Generated by Unit     : Not applicable or not available

    Generated by Type     : Not applicable or not available

    TRNSHD Message     10 : The calculated sunlit fraction is less than zero.

    Reported information  : Wall surface: 13.

There is no problem generating view factor matrix.

I don't know where this error comes from, any help with this issue ?
