Amirreza,

 That error in an indication that something (usually an output) cannot be written to the *.lst file. Farnaz may be correct that the installation path may be to blame and that there may be a problem with write permissions in the ..\Program Files(x86) directory. You might have better luck if TRNSYS is installed in a directory like c:\Trnsys16\
