Re: [TRNSYS-users] Problem using Typa 107 and Type 9e - Solar cooling project

Nuha,

I am not sure what data you are passing from Type9 to Type107 but Type107 does not take chiller load as an input. It takes the temperature and flow rate of three streams of water (the hot water (source energy) stream, the chilled water stream, and the cooling water stream). Unless you have made some computations outside of TRNSYS in order to convert the loads that you are reading with Type9 into a temperature and flow rate of chilled water returning from the load to the absorption chiller then the connection you have made needs to be revised.

kind regards,

 David

Dear users,

I am working on a project for my masters thesis, it's an solar cooling. I almost get closer to acomplish it, but I found some difficulties in using Type 107 (Absorption Chiller) and Type 9e (Data Readers). Does anyone worked on a similar project? Any ideas about using the Types 107 and 9e? Can anyone help?

Please find out in attached file a screenshot of my connections I have made.

Kind regards,
Nuha
