The TRNSYS User Manual has a great examples to follow in the Simulation Studio (Chap 2.7) and TRNEdit Sections (Chap 6.3.9). We have added the equations help online here: https://trnsys-guru.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207106187-Equations
Also, to make it even easier. See the attached picture of the screenshot of the exact equation you asked.
If you are getting started, try our online training course at https://learn.trnsys.guru.
The specific part of the course you’ll need is Module 3 which covers using equations which is included in the Starter-Introduction to TRNSYS course.
