I assume that you have restarted your computer and tried again – it never hurts… Sometimes it helps to register the Matlab version you intend to run as an Automation server. You can do that from within Matlab: · Start MATLAB, with the Run as administrator option (right-click on shortcut, choose run as admin) · Because you open Matlab to run this command, you know for sure which Matlab version you will register, in case you have multiple versions on your machine. You can double check by running 2 commands: o ver (should return info on R2015a) o computer('arch') (should return win32) · Run the following command (including the exclamation mark): !matlab -regserver · MATLAB opens a minimized command window. Open this window and exit MATLAB. · Cross your fingers, restart your computer (again, it never hurts…) and try again. Michaël Kummert, Polytechnique Montréal From: TRNSYS-users [mailto:trnsys-users-bounces@lists.onebuilding.org] On Behalf Of Arsalan Shirani I'm trying to run the Trnsys example "Calling Matlab" (Matlab R2015a and Trnsys 17.02), it keeps giving me an error: Your input file uses Type 155 (Calling Matlab). "Type 155.dll" was found but could not be loaded. Please make sure that a supported version of Matlab is installed and that Matlab's "bin/win32" folder is on Windows' search path. what I've done: - the library files copied from Matlab root to C:\Trnsys17\SourceCode\Optional -Type155.dll file for MatlabR2015a (I've got it from Trnsys) copied to C:\Trnsys17\Exe I did all of that, but it didn't work yet. Although it was working on another PC with the same Matlab's version . Could anyone help me here? Thanks in advance Arsalan Shirani |
