There may be a more streamlined method, but what I do is I print the month and the variables of interest to a text file using a Type 25c printer, and then simply open it in Excel and use AVERAGEIF statements to get monthly averages. You can print the month at any time step with the Type 21 component.
I also tend to do all "integration" in Excel (for example, if I want daily totals instead of hourly totals), but there are some integrators in the Utility folder also.
