                I have observed this happening (while taking readings with a globe thermometer) for locations near fenestration in summer. So, if you have a significant percentage of wall area covered by fenestration, this could happen. I cannot explain the winter situation though.

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] Solar Thermal Collector outlet temperature
Hi,

I'm trying to model a simple solar thermal collector, using Type1a.

I created a very simple test case, basically just taking the outdoor temperature and solar radiation, and plotting the outlet temperature.
The thing is, I'm changing the number of collectors in series, and the plotted outlet temperature doesn't change at all.
Isn't it supposed to change ?

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] Mean Radiant Temperature More Extreme than Individual Surface Temps
Hello,

I am seeing poor thermal comfort and found that the mean radiant temperature of my air node is more extreme than the inside surface temperature of any individual wall or window comprising the airnode. It is much colder in the winter and much warmer in the summer. 

This doesn't seem possible to me. Any idea what could cause this? Please see first the aggregate temperature range for all walls and windows, and then the mean radiant temperature for the same time period in the two respective graphs below. Thanks.
