Re: [TRNSYS-users] OUT array location error

Thanks David. I am using TRNSYS17.

It’s an elaborate cooling network model, so I don’t know how much help I will get from the distributor…but I will send them my problem.

Bharath,
In addition to Jeremy's response, I would be interested to know if you are getting this error in Trnsys17 or in an earlier version. We revised the way that Types record their outputs (by which I mean how they send them back to the TRNSYS kernel) in such a way that you should get a much cleaner, hopefully more comprehensible error than the one you are encountering. If you are using Trnsys17, I would recommend that you send the project to your distributor for technical assistance.
kind regards,
 David

Dear Fellow TRNSYS-users,

Has anyone come across this error “An OUTPUT from the specified component model has been written to the global OUT array in a location beyond the allocated number of outputs from the model. Please check the component carefully to ensure that INFO(6) is set correctly. The simulation has been aborted to avoid problems caused by over-writing the outputs from other component models”. The component in question is a type 110 variable flow pump.

Greatly appreciate your advice/inputs. Thank you!

Bests, Bharath
