Re: [TRNSYS-users] stockage type

Ayoub,
We wrote a similar model quite some years ago (Type979). It is different from what you are looking for in two ways. First, its cross section is rectangular instead of cylindrical and second, it is filled with a mixture of rock and water (no molten salt). It is available for purchase as an individual component if you're interested:

kind regards,

Hi all users,

I want to simulate the behavior of a storage tank, my system consists of a cylindrical tank filled with a storage material ( rocks, molten salt, ... ) and the the HTF( water ...) circulates through it.
which type can be useful for this study ?
