thank you for your fast answer. In my mail before, I said that I want to load the thermal storage tank with the heat out of the exchangers. I tried to simulate a real CHP unit with 5.5 kW elec and 12.5 kW thermic. The CHP unit works just in full load, that means "on" or "off". There are four HX in the CHP to gain the heat out of generator, oil cooler, water jacket and exhaust. At the outlet of the CHP should be 83 °C  to load the storage with that temperature and back to the CHP after the condenser with 70 °C (max.). There is a fluid flowrate to cool the components with 823 kg/hr. But I don't get the desired 83 °C. There must be a mistake between oil cooler and water jacket as you can see in the plot. A pdf with the function principle is in the Annex.
Next, I have thermal load profiles in kWh. I don't know how I can integrate the load to unload the storage. As you can see in the project there is no "feedback" through the CHP with 70°C, because the "load side" is incomplete. The load side is should be a HX to dump the arriving heat. So there is no unloading of the storage.
The project and thermal load (.txt) are in the Annex.

I don't have the proforma in from of me but do you have flow through all the required inlets (cooling water, etc) and any on/off control signals set on?  If you're convinced you do, it would help to send the project along.
